Donald Joseph Qualls (also known as DJ Qualls) is an American actor, producer and model. Shooting to fame for his role in Road Trip he has since made appearances in more than 20 feature films, including The New Guy Hustle & Flow and The Core. Additionally, he's been a part of 22 television series, which includes Breaking Bad Supernatural scrubs lost Law & Order and Law & Order. Qualls is diagnosed at age 14 with Hodgkin lymphoma, has proven to be a determined fighter. His cancer went into remission after two years. However, the early treatment was extremely detrimental to his health and development. After he began acting financially secure, it was his ultimate goal. The man had been in the poverty of his youth. In an interview, he stated that if I do not have money security or feel lost within the universe, I'll feel miserable. He also looks back at his youth and plans to do something about the problem of being bullied. In my opinion, cruelty is a heartbreaking thing he claims. DJ's dream role would be to become a father on reels as well as in actual life. DJ admits that directors do not cast him in the roles he is suited for. He'd like to be father one day which would allow him to dedicate more time with the children and less to his career.
